Maintenance Crew Leader
Job Summary: A Crew Leader oversees and produced landscape maintenance, irrigation, spray, and/or install operations for an assigned book of business.
Job Type: Full-time- 40 hours per week with occasional opportunities for overtime.
Hourly: Varies based on experience
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage a Book of Business by proactively establishing a working and professional relationship with a CRM, Crew Leaders, Irrigation Technicians, Spray Technicians, and other Field Personnel they manage for their assigned book of business.
2. Oversees all quality control on maintenance accounts and irrigation work for their assigned book of business.
3. Responsible for meeting daily route/project requirements of Green Summit Contracts.
4. Oversees and manages a team of 2-4 people.
5. Proactively manages irrigation needs for the maintenance accounts.
6. Responsible for safe operation of all equipment required to complete the work on any given workday.
7. Meets productivity budgets for hours, gross margin, and book revenue. This includes checking timecards for accuracy and adjusting the schedule as needed.
8. Meet with Client Relationship Manager on sites when needed.
9. Trains crews weekly to meet Green Summit’s quality and operational standards.
Operational Skills:
Ability to operate most small engine equipment used on a daily basis, including but not limited to: Zero Turn Riding Lawn Mower, Walk Behind Lawn Mower, Line Trimmer, Steel Edger, Trencher, Hedge Trimmer, and Skid Steer. Ability to drive a ¾ ton truck, or bigger, with a 18’ trailer hauling equipment. Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
